I am thinking about getting a 65 gallon reef setup with a sump. What fish and invertebrates could I have?

I don't think any grouper would be happy in a 65g

There really isn't an easy answer to your question. Your limited to "reef compatible" fish, and as far as inverts well there are reef compatible fish that will eat shrimp or nip at SPS but are fine with LPS and softies. And as far as coral goes that depends on your lighting. So the best thing to do is to go to a site like www.liveaquaria.com and make a list of what you really like and want and the ask about those things.

+1 white spotted would be minimum 180g and the other would need close to the same.

Don't know about that Lionfish. Just watched a show the other day on cable how they eat up corals.
