What is this white stuff

as you can see in the last photo especially it is beginning to cover my bubble algae I thought it was just on one rock, but then I flipped over the one in the second photo and found that today. What is it and how do I get rid of it or am I going to have to boil these rocks and start over hopefully not.

That is a sponge. They are harmless filter feeders, you'll usually find that kind on the underside of the rocks since it grows better in the dark. If it bother you, just peel it off with your hands.

I would add don't let it cover any of your corals. It could possibly smother them.
