What is this worm?

    Hey Everyone!

    What is this worm and if you can ID it, is it bad/good/indifferent? It went into my sand just after I took these pics.

    Hard to tell,but kinda looks like a peanut worm to me.

    Maybe spaghetti worm... Either way, it's probably harmless. There are very few worms that you have to worry about.

    It was just a single strand on the glass by itself. Recoiled when I forgot and let the flash on. He was on the glass for about a half hour, then ducked into my sand. Does this eventually grow into the spaghetti worms I saw on google?
