What is this Worm

I found this worm in my charcoal filter and only in the filter there are several of them. A couple of large ones and a bunch of small ones. I'm thinking there a bristle worm but can
t find anyone that looks like this one.( see attached pictures) it has a smooth lower section and the bristle head..
Also I have another problem going on with my live rock some of it is turning white. (Attached pictures) Any help will be appreciated from a beginner.:frustrat:

Welcome aboard Boris! Those are bristle worms. Be careful not to touch them. They have a powerful sting in those bristles. The algae on your live rock may be adjusting to your lighting or it may have had some die off during transfer. It will color back up for you. Looks good! How long have you had your tank running?
