What is this??

It looks like a worm about an inch long but it is really fuzzy kinda like a coco worm. I pulled it out of the tank and put it in a bucket until i know what it is. Its kinda hard to see on the video but it has really long string like hair

I dont think it is though because it has very long hair on it. Its hard to see in the video. Do some bristle worms have long hair. I ripped it out of the sand. Only some of the hairs were above the sand

No Idea, my best guess was bristle, but there are others it could be, I'd say bristle because they show up more often in marine aquariums.

yes, a spaghetti worm I have several and you can get many.....I have heard they are okay but my 30 has several ...have started picking them out when I can. I have heard they can crawl on the corals and cause them to close up.
