What is wrong with my clown fish?

Just noticed some small white dots on my clown fish. Here is a picture of what it looks like. I know it's hard to see but the white dots are small and they run from his head to tail. Please help :(

A Clown fish with Ich??? Man I have never seen that before.

Clowns can get ich too. It's not as common as in other fish because clowns tend to be hardier and not as susceptible to disease.

I heard that soaking the food in garlic and vitamin C will help, is that true?

It will help them to eat and it should boost the immune system. So yes it will help but it doesn't actually do anything to the Ich directly.
