So yesterday, this acro looked the same as usual, then I wake up this morning to find it like this:

I'm assuming it's dead? All my other acros look fine, but is it contagious/could it happen to my other acros?
It's under a 250w halide, water params are:
    nitrate: 0
    pH: 8.2
    calc: 425
    mag: 1400
    alk: 9
    SG: 1.025

Have you noticed any tiny red bugs on it? Red bugs are common on acros.

I just got rid of red bugs about 3 weeks ago, so it was actually a tiny bit bleached from that, but was starting to regrow, and died literally overnight. I would have thought it was RTN if there wasn't the weird film/bubble around all the branches.
