I really don't know what your are looking for but the one year thing is a general rule. Maturity of a tank generally brings stability which is crucial to being successful with anemones. Flow and lighting are also major contributors with being successful. Yes, if they roam about the tank there is a possibility of coral being stung. If your setup has the lighting, flow and stable parameters the anemone needs roaming is a less likely scenario. Figure out if you want one that likes to be in your rocks or in your sand so you can create an area that anemone will feel comfortable in. My three BTA's have not moved since being placed in the tank three years ago but there is always the risk so they are a "with caution" addition to a reef.
