Where to get Replacement Lunar Lights

The tank we bought came with a Current Outer Orbit HQI T5 HO light fixure with 3 sets of 6 LED lunar lights (3 white and 3 blue), two of the sets only have one working LED. Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement LED panel or if its easy to replace individual LEDs on them?

Im not entirely sure, but i think for lunars you can use any replacement LED light. Someone will chime in with the website soon.
