Which food is the best?

Most LPS corals will eat the same frozen foods that your fish eat -- mysis, fortified brine, etc. They don't need anything special to eat.

what do u guys think about coral frenzy? or reef chilli?
I've read many reviews of both of those products and they almost always have positive results.
Experimentation is part of the hobby, though. So if you see one you like pick it up and give it a try imo.
My corals seem to respond incredibly well to Nutramar Ova....and both my fish seem to love it as well. It's basically shrimp or lobster eggs. I only recently started using it but I've had some nice results and its small enough that even the smallest zoas in my tank can get some. :)

I've only tried the Reef Chili of those two. I liked it. If I remember correctly, I saw a good response from my corals.

I used coral frenzy for over a year and wasn't too impressed. I now use Azox. Fish and all corals like it and seen some better growth...
