white smudges on clowns lips/face

Two of my black clowns have always had that browny type area around the lips. Never really thought anything of it.

I had noticed it is the two small lesser dominant of mine that look like that.

I hope its not a fungal infection. My fish have had it and I sprayed them with Kick-Ich which is a anti-fungal and did lots of water changes. Only then did the condition get better.
