Pull it out if you can and treat with Furan! I just went through the same thing with a group of zoas. You can treat the entire tank at once as well. If you do, be prepared to do a large water change and run carbon afterwards.

It wasn't me!
It is a bacteria I believe. Not sure what causes it. You can do a Google search for the product mentioned and find out exactly how to use it, and what to expect.
