Do Not Listen To Me!!!
So I have my 220Gal all cycled and tomorrow is the big day to transfer the tank. I was looking closely at the sand and rock and noticed a white fuzz on it. It is a patch of sand to the side of the tank and it makes the sand(Fiji Pink) look darker and the rocks are mostly rocks I got from someone elses tank. They are totally different from my rocks and they look very nice mixed.
So I remember back when I first started my current tank and it was the same stuff. I then remembered about 2-3 weeks after I put in the CUC it all disappeared.
Well last night I placed 2 Hermits in the 220 from the 80. They immediately started fluffing the sand and the large one made his way on top of the rocks and was digging away at it. I would imagine it was hungry.
Anyone else see this before.
I will be posting my 220Gal build later tonight if I get time away from preparing for tomorrow.
