White tiny living organisms?

Ok people ,3 days ago i noticed a lot of tiny dots on my tanks glass.At first i thought it must be grains of sand, maybe my blenny stirred up. But last night it multiplied and its all over the glass, with a closer look i can see them move around like ants would if u disturb their route.They look cool though.Any idea what they are?
