white worm? slug? flat thing?

I found this guy gliding? around on the glass after I moved some rocks around. He is about an inch long. Any idea what he is?

I had something like this in my big tank. Saw it once, never saw it again. To my knowledge he never bothered anything, but I never ID'ed him either.
