Will I need a chiller? 300 gallon reef

Will I need a chiller? location first floor solid slab near no heaters or sunlight.
Spec list
Tank: Marineland DD 300 72x36x27 coner overflows
sump: 150 72x18x27 still havent divided yet open to ideas
Lighting 3 ecotech radions
Power head 2 Mp60's
Skimmer 2 turbo flow 1000's (allready have 1)

Option 1
sump pump ??? I would like an enternal sump pump so I do not have to drill my sump. Any sugestions will be apreciated would like 3000-4000gph cycle not sure if needed.

Or should I drill tank and go with external skimmers and sump pump? curently have a sea turbo 1740

Depends on your house temp. If you keep the house at a comfortable temp in the summers with AC, than most likely no need for a chiller with LED lighting. I always needed a heater, even in summer.

Its hard to say, but with LED lighting and the Vortech pumps keeping most of the heat out of the water, you will probably be okay

Do you think a water blaster 16000 would be and issue? It is 250 watts

Central A/C or a wall unit would probably cost a lot less then chillers for a 300
