Will upgrading from a 10gal to a 30gal kick up a cycle??

In a month or so I plan on upgrading my 10gal nano to a 30 gal. If I use all the the substrate and everything, that's in the 10gal cycled tank, and use what is left-over of my bag of carrib...(idk the exact name, it was in a sealed bag with saltwater) live sand, AND transfer the mature water over... Can I avoid another cycle?

I would clean the old sand, it probably has gunk trapped in it. If you use the same rock (and keep the rock wet during the transfer) you most likely will avoid a cycle.
