Worm of what kind?

    Just got home from work and see this guy on top of my LR tried a fast look up and kinda saw one that looked a little like this guy with the mostly dark body except maybe 1/4 of it tan/yellowish. I looked away for a min and he is gone no idea where he is in the tank I hope he is a good guy and not a bad guy. Any ideas on what he is? *He is right above the hole you can see the dark body with what looks like stripes*


    Sorry about the not so hot picture I am still trying to learn my camera.
