I recently joined the saltwater hobby a few months ago with a 40G bowfront I found on craigslist. Even with all my reading and hovering on a few different forums I was not expecting the hobby to be as expensive as it is so I downgraded to the 4G Finnex.

Everything is stock for now except the filter is an old AC20 which has been modded slightly to act as a fuge ... chaeto incoming :)

I'm actually very glad I did but not for the cost reasons alone. This smaller tank requires so much more attention than the larger 40G! This suits me perfectly as I learn more from hands on experience =D

Looks Great! That is an awesome piece of rock! Gives your tank a great look :)

I think I'm going to try and get my brother into saltwater(hes already interested) and I think a small tank such as that as a gift would be a great way to learn!

Did you order it online, as a package? piece it together? Just curious :)

Ulta: Ordered the tank off of ebay (search for finnex 4), the rock is from a not so local fish store, sand from petsmart and corals from reefs2go.com. CUC also from the not so local fish store :)

I am planning on a single fish just still trying to decide which type of clown goby to go with :)
