WTF is this

Saw a couple of these crawling out of my rock. Tried to snag one with some tweezers and just broke off a small piece before they retreated back into the rocks. what the crap is it? Is it bad? How do I get rid of them if they are?

Looks like Bristleworm.

It is a bristle worm they are OK as long as they don't get to big. Free addition to clean up crew.

Sorry to reply twice but. Don't try to grab them with your hands whatever you do those bristles will embed in your skin and burn like fire. Goes for moving your rock around watch out they will try and leave sometimes most of the time they will draw in. Just be careful.
