And on top of that...he said he just got his 448g tank today... Jesus would have to physically come down to earth and remove all of the cameras to keep a reefer from posting a picture of a 448g tank on the day of purchase.

I need OUT of California and back home to Colorado. These people out here, just like rockin are pretty much the same. GIMMEE GIMMEE GIMMEE and get out of my way. Not saying all Californians are like that, just the ones I see on a daily basis. Save a spot for me back in Monument, I will be ready to come back home by the end of the year.
That is, if I dont get work pulled out from under me, carjacked, robbed, beaten by gangs, and killed by then.:frustrat:

I totaly agree with you PRC! If you want to dishonour someone make it someone you can relate to like a crackhead!

My 'brother' (best friend for over 30 years) is currently in the army here in Canada. I have nothing but the most respect for him and what he has been thru in his 3 years he was in Kandahar<sp>. It has ruined his marriage, and a lot of his mentality. I know our Service men/women are not as involved as the US's are, but I have the up most respect for them too. My Uncle-In-Law gave free fishing charter to service people that were on leave in Florida. He has retired now and has a day named after him for his show of respect.

+1 PRC!! I took pictures of my 55 before I even have it put together.

I wish we had one of those here! Everyone wants $$$ for what they have. I know mine are still to small to frag, but come one $15 for a 8-10 head zoa! I found a bunch of people selling frags on kijiji around my area, and a nice size colony of zoas was over $170, and I saw one one a web site in the US which was bigger for over half that price! I don't think people up here understand that if you can't afford to buy a frag or colony from someone then you are going to buy it from a store, and they have more often then not bought it from some supplier that pulled it out of a reef someplace.

Grass the only way to get a DBTC going is to start one. Give a frag away with the only payment being a documented freebie given out in return. Thats how the one in the SF Bay area and the one in Manhattan Reefs got started(they were the first two that I know of)

I think the problem he'll run into though is not enough people to participate. One of the unavoidable downsides of not living in a place like San Francisco or Manhattan!

Maybe a coral coop then? Everyone chips in to buy some frags, then when they grow out trade them around?

Very true Sarah. There are 6 people in Tillsonburg that I know of that have reef tanks. 2 of them own fish stores, 1 is me and the other 3 are young kids (In the 20's) that want $$$ to pay for their smartphones.

If I had a bigger place, I'd buy large colonies from the States and start a farm and make it so they could be afforded and given away.

Toronto is 2 1/2 hours from me. The next largest place is London which is about 45 minutes from me & has not even 1/4 of the population of Toronto. Every place I have looked at want an out rageous<sp> price for them.

Ryan, you should send your store that link... They shouldn't be using that picture to sell their corals!
