So I thought it would be cool to see what everyone favorite fish is. Not just aquarium fish either. It will be cool to see different types of fish! :bounce:

Ill start off with the ocean sunfish. I think you have to see it in person to really appreciate it. Either in an aquarium, not many have them of this size, or in person. I got to swim with them a few years back.

    I also like lunar wrasses...

    I've got 2 favorites:
Freshwater-Its got to be the tackle busting flathead catfish.Theres nothing like having your brand new Phluger spinning reel stripped.

Saltwater-Its the groupers. For the same reasons above.

I am still discovering fish I love everyday. I still consider myself pretty new to the hobby, plus a fish becomes so much cooler in MY tank vs. the lfs tank. It's like a whole new fish when I see it in my own tank (dunno why). But So far I like the WRASSES best...ooohh...or PUFFERS(They have always had a certain allure for me-but I can't keep them in my reeftank obviously)!!!

michelle, they probably look better in your tank because they arent swimming around in a 10g holding tank

lol True...Although I have discovered a GREAT LFS in my area. nice sized holding tanks, healthy stock and good, ACCURATE advice. They have even sent me away empty-handed when the fish I wanted was not ready to go yet or not suitable for me. I got high hopes!:)

I'm with Michelle ... Wrasses are pretty cool. I probably wouldn't have the other two fish if I discovered wrasses first :D.

    Thanks guys,

Per the super cruel moderator(Biff),I'm not allowed to enter the another tank pic unless it's of a specific coral or fish because it was on the front page twice late, last year.Feel free to spam her PM box with your dissatisfaction.

    Btw,I was kidding about Biff.

I think my last update on my thread was back in March. There really hasn't been anything new added since.I've been battling really bad aiptasia outbreak.I tried a copperband but it died so I'm waiting on berghias to get back in stock.
