It looks like light shock to me.
Are the T5's HO/VHO fixtures? or just regular intensity T5?

You might want to cut down on the photoperiod and allow the corals to acclimate to the new lights.

Below is the lighting that I'm currently using what time schedual should I be running the black spot that you see is from my black sand thnanks for the quick reply.

Did you reduce your lighting time frame at all? That is a much stonger light, and if you didn't reduce the time you most likely put your corals in shock.

If your normal photoperiod is say 10 hours, then you want to reduce to about 6 hours when you change bulbs, or in your case to a higher intensity fixture. You then add a half hour of light to the photo period per week until you are back to your normal time frame.
