Zoanthids with just actinics?

Will zoanthids do well under 62watts of plain actinic bulbs? I do have a 10k bulb I could sub in but I love the deep blue look. It helps mask the nasty diatoms/algae.

Fix the Diatoms dont change the lights, also, actinics dont have the right light for growth, need the 10k at least for the power, also you are pushing around 3 wpg which the rule isnt solid, but its on the lower end of power for corals. Id jump up the lighiting for them to really thrive and grow at a rapid pace. just my opinion someone else will jump in im sure.
