How would I transplant a coral?

I have a group of zoanthid polyps that multiplied from a single zoanthid that came on a piece of my live rock. My question is, how would I transplant one of these to another rock so they will multiply there?

The easiest way is to put them next to the rock, and let them spread on their own. If that's not possible, you need to chip them off of the rock a the base. They can be hard to frag, because they're easily damaged. Once you got one off, you'd superglue it in the new location.
