What kind of lighting do you suggest

What's a good nano tank to buy and what all do they come with or what's equipment to put in a 10 or 20 gallon nano to get things going

I planned on getting premixed water from the local shop

So thoes with a protein skimmer live sand and rock and should be Ok any other suggestions?

Would it just be a bad idea to try and do a coral tank with a few fish with hang on filters or canister filters and a hang on protein skimmer or can it be done if so any pointers say 55 gallon tank
