Everytime I put shrimp in my tank they disappear. I have nothing that would kill them. The only thing I have that is some what aggressive is a dotty back. Just wondering of anyone else has had this problem.

That's crazy too. Mine is a brittle starfish. It's red and beige. Really cool looking.

Hey, was looking in my tank yesterday and notice something on the glass. Looked a bit closer and realized it was a little star fish. I haven't bought any new corals or rock in a long time, so I'm not 100% sure how it got in there. It looks like a brittle and I did have one in my tank awhile ago...

Is there any specific way I should have my new power head sitting. I have the stock power head at the very back of the tank. The tank is a bio cube. So all the flow is coming from the back.

As soon as I put my new power head in there is when I got the film. I'll get some waves goin on the top and see of that takes care of it though. Thanks

I have a film on the top of my water. I'm assuming my protein skimmer isn't doing its job very well anymore. The film has broken up a bit.... Just wondering if anyone can tell me what's up.

Yeah nothing out of the ordinary for parameters. My salinity was a little high yesterday. Did a water change this morning. Sittin at .024

Yeah that's a good idea. I'll just let it be. Nothing has changed in my tank. Everything is right where it should be. Never had a coral do this before. Could I have killed it on the trip?

Honestly, no idea how to put a pic on. Sat the bag and coral in the water for little over an hour.

Hey. I bought a torch about a week or so ago, has 3 heads. When I got it back from the fish store the coral was obviously all tucked away. It still hasn't come out and now I don't even see any colour showing. I know corals can take awhile to come back out after the shock, but I've never seen one...

It just seemed weird to me the anemone would move all the way over from its spot, which its been at for ever. To go and Pretty well sit right on top of the other anemone. Then about an hour later move back to its original spot. Just wasnt exactly sure what was going on. Seems to be fine now though.
