Does anyone clean regularly the cup and reaction section on the cup? I notice everyday for the last month ive increased 20% in skimmate each day i clean it. I totally get the smoother the better the perfomance, or is my a.d.d getting the best of me? Ive seen alot of folks skimmers, and it looks like a giant snot ball. Let me know im crazy or not?

I clean my cup and wipe down the top few inches of the camber every 3-4 days. If I wait any longer than that I see a significant decrease in skimmate as well.

I clean mine every time I dump it...which is about twice a week
