Isopods?

Hey. I had the lights off in my aquarium, took out the flash light and was just looking around. I noticed these tiny little white bugs. Almost look microscopic. I have a black light on my flashlight, which really emphasized them. Any idea what these are? Thanks

pods. Good things in your tank. Think of it as free food :)

There most likely copepods or amphipods, Good things. Isopods are not good but they're much less common to find in our tanks.

How can you tell what they are?

Amphipods are super tiny... copepods are quite a bit bigger... like 1cm or so.
