How fast do Mushrooms grow? I bought a single poylp and super-glued him to the plug including part of his mushroomy thing but he broke off anyway and floated away. I stuffed him in a dimple on a rock and he stayed put.

It really varies...I have some that barely grow, and others that split every month.

Also, they may just break off because they're not happy where you put them. In that case they'll float around till they find another spot

That is a really cool shroom. I have a bunch of different mushrooms in my tank. My green, and green striped split really well. I also have some bright reds, and some purple with blue spots that take forever for the babies to come out.

Sen that's a really beautiful mushroom. I hope it takes over your tank and you have to send us all some of them to keep them under control. :lol:

I got it at Dr Mac's corals when I visited there.
