I have had my neon damsel for 8 months and for the last few days he has not been acting normally. He seems to be hiding all the time now. He was very confident and visable in the tank, but for the last few days he seems to be hiding. He usually loses his bright blue colour when he feels scared, but now his colour seems permenantly dull too. He's just flipping his tail and swimming along the bottom at the back of the tank.
Any Ideas?
I also have in my tank (and have had alll of these for at least the last 5 months) a clown fish and bubbletip anemone pair, 4 red leg hermits, a bangii cardinal, a watchman goby and pistol shrim pair.
