Recomend me a Pump

Can anyone give me some info on what pump i should be looking at?

The tank is not set up yet. But its going to be a 110g tank with a in stand Refugium.

Iv heard that you need a slower flow though the Refugium as compared to a sump. So I'm wondering what pump will do this job nicely.

Agree, I like the mag pumps very quiet. At least the one I have is.
