I currently have this refractometer. It is awesome. I recommend it to anyone who owns a saltwater tank. It's super easy to use. All you have to do is make sure you calibrate it correctly. Mines didn't come with calibrating instructions. Luckly my LFS uses the same refractometer, so i just took it to him and he calibrated it for me. :D

Keep in mind that they need calibrated often. I didn't know that and my salinity got a little high. I check mine every few weeks now.
