Pix of my Anemone and other things

That looks like a Sea Squirt to me. If you disturb it outside of the water, it actually squirts water at you, lol. It did that to me as I was selecting my live rock from my LFS.

    Super Fast Cycle?

little_fish, the only reason I added the fish was because I had a feeling the cycle was complete, and one of my friends who has been doing this for years agreed. I didn't have the fish in there for the first two weeks when I was actually trying to cycle the tank. I did use a shrimp as per...

    Super Fast Cycle?

I'll admit, I'm a total noob with saltwater tanks and the nitrogen cycle. I have done a fair amount of research though, and I am really frustrating myself. My question is: In a 75G tank with EXTREMELY high quality, pre-cured live rock, 3" aragonite substrate, and a built-in fuge with a 4.5" deep...

No idea what this is. Any help?

I thought I'd come back here to follow up. I wanted to thank everyone for your quick and helpful responses. I used Aiptasia X and it worked PERFECTLY! My tank is now anemone free, and looking great. Once I get a little more live rock in there, I'll start posting pictures of my progress. Thanks...

No idea what this is. Any help?

Will Aiptasia X kill the other plant life in my tank? This live rock I purchased is teaming with life, and I'd like to preserve as much as possible.

No idea what this is. Any help?

Thank you all for the quick replies. I'll take your advice and kill it before it causes any harm to the other life on the rock. I've heard several ways to kill aiptasia (sp?), but if its a mojano anemone, will it survive an aiptasia treatment? I've also heard things like injecting an mL of lemon...

No idea what this is. Any help?

Also, just as a note, this thing will retract into the rock if I move the rock around, or if it feels threatened in general I guess.

No idea what this is. Any help?

So I just picked up some amazing live rock from a marine rescue center, and I found this thing protruding from a hole in the rock. I have no clue what this is. It looks to be some kind of anemone or possibly a worm? It's orange with white bands around each tentacle. Any help would be greatly...
