I bought a used tank from someone and they had the tank drilled on the top. I'm just wondering, how i would set it up into an overflow. Do i just use an elbow pvc? will be enough to act as a overflow? Or is there a better way?
does the number of stages matter? i saw a good 2 stage one on ebay. will that be able to suffice?
Will any reverse osmosis system do the trick? or does it have to specific for aquarium use?
wouldn't there be a problem though, since i already have 50lbs of live rock and live stock in the system. Does that mean that i have to transfer all these into another aquarium and wait for the my main system with new sand to cycle(which can go for weeks?)
I know that many would prefer RO than dechlorinated because it'd just be pure h20, but is there really anything with dechlorinated tap water? If i only use this type of water can it sustain a reef system?
