    Right, but in this case I can see the whirlpool form and suck air into the return nozzle right from the surface

    I don't have an overflow box instead my returns come straight from my sump up a PVC pipe and into my tank My intakes do the same

    I have a 180 Gal Tank I have a 20 Gal Sump, Skimmer, UV Filter, etc ... But my water returns are creating a swirling that is sucking air down and blowing it all over my tank And my water intakes are sucking in air from the surface Any thoughts?
