Are lights... required? I have my tank (2 clowns, ~130lbs LR, 110 gallon display) in a very sunny room in Georgia, next to a window. Are lights important? If so, what's the least I could get away with?

Thanks guys. cleaning the pump is a good idea, let me try this! I have a cut-off valve from the pump going to the DT, but I don't have one from the sup tank going to the pump. Any quick and easy cheats to block the water flow out of the sup while i disconnect the pump?

Thanks for the reply. My piping is as such, The tank has two over-flows in the back. the water free-falls down to the bottom, and about 7" of 1.5" flex tubing until it reaches my sump/filter tank. Once in the filter tank, it goes into a 1" PVC figure-8 that runs around the top of the tank...
