Ya I've got the other two under a shelf with lower flow levels I know my lights are very bright and I always back them off in hours and bring them up slowly in hours and placement in the tank.

Sorry to reply twice but. Don't try to grab them with your hands whatever you do those bristles will embed in your skin and burn like fire. Goes for moving your rock around watch out they will try and leave sometimes most of the time they will draw in. Just be careful.

It is a bristle worm they are OK as long as they don't get to big. Free addition to clean up crew.

If there (moon lights) not meant for coral growth you should be fine. Do you have any corals that feed at night? Look at them do they extend feeding tentacles. Or if u have fish only. Fish don't care

I've used danner-mag drive pumps since I started. I have a mag 9 in my closet that's over 15 years and still works. I got it used from a friend who ran it on a 90 gal for 5 years. Just sharing my experience with pumps.

I went with Tao tronics cheap but really bright led's my 180 is 24" deep and you can grow any lps on sand bed and acro half way up. Around 140.00 on eBay no heat no temperature fluctuations you would probably need two to cover 36" I have three on 6'.

Coral growth is based on UV spectrum not the color of the bulb if you leave you're blue lights on 24 hours it will kill your corals they respond to blue as well as white you just don't have the same amount of lumens (measure of light) as you do when all bulbs are on

Tropic Marine Bio calcium will grow purple coraline like crazy. Try it you'll be impressed I've seen it grow purple coraline with just a standard flourescent bulb.
