I like the all red body and white legs and and white spots the blood shrimp have, but if they're shy then what's the point..

So, the marineland reef capable lights will allow me to get almost any coral, anem, clam, etc? It's better to just invest in the better lights now then get the cheaper ones and down the road find out I can only grow like 2 corals? What is RO water... lol sorry. :frustrat:

If I got a protein skimmer will I still need to do WC as often?

Other than the obvious live sand and rock and some sort of livestock, what else do I need? What kind of light should I get? (Not too expensive..) Im thinking I might want to grow corals, but since it's a long tank it's not as deep as a normal tank so I was hoping I wouldn't need as strong...

20g long tank. Pair of clowns, a goby, a royal gramma and 1-2 fire fish. CUC: cleaner shrimp, peppermint, and maybe a red banded coral. And some snails Is this overstocking? Or comPatible?

Is a 46g bow front to big to be a nano reef?

I just looked up pictures of them, I know what you mean! I don't even understand how they change that much going from juvenile to adult.. I personally think they're really beautiful as a juvenile.
