It's is a 36in Current Power Compact orbit fixture. but the other one i have that the ballast is broke is a T-5.... I need better lighting!!!

My brother gave me an old T-5 set up with one ballast working, and one ballast not working. So my friend gave me a T-5 set up but this one has 2 long bulbs 2 white, and the other is white and blue (so 3 white and 1 blue). Should I use 4 little ones or 2 long lights? or should i add them all?

my AMMONIA is 0ppm my NITRATE is 0ppm my NITRITE is 0ppm and the pH is 8.4-8.8

Once a week is good for water change? or like every 5 days?

I been doing water changes, now someone told be to use spring water? is that true? i dont add salt at all unless the salt level is down and it's been good so far.

NO they have color. nice color!!! you cant really tell cause my the camera im using. its a cell phone camera so maybe thats y.....

I do have a skimmer. And it's working. I onlt have 1 fish and that a domino. i only have plants that i feed with the dropper every few days. What is that K4 your talking about? LOL im new to the saltwater and im learning alot reading online and now here...
