Is there any secret to the Durso pipe that I am not seeing? It IS just a pvc pipe that turns upside down at the top so that it does not suck the water from the surface right? I am trying to fully understand how it works since I will be having to install one on my drilled tank.

Can anyone give me some info on what pump i should be looking at? The tank is not set up yet. But its going to be a 110g tank with a in stand Refugium. Iv heard that you need a slower flow though the Refugium as compared to a sump. So I'm wondering what pump will do this job nicely...
