Ah, i didn't try to blow it off with a turkey baster.....I went overseas for a few days..and 5 days level what you saw in the picture is gone. I'm bewildered by it.:/

I think I've found out what copepod species is it..Cyclopoidea? Any idea if im right? Does the first picture look like the copepod is carrying 2 egg sacks???

I'm wondering if it is the insides on the mushroom coral or is it their white mucus?And why is there light yellowish-brown stuff( in this picture, the light yellowish-brown stuff is partially surrounded by the white stuff) on them too????? :S

Hello! I'm kind of a newbie to aquaculture too. I'm a student who is currently doing various experiment on coral reefs....and to my amazement, one day, I discovered Copepods in my reef tank! :) But I don't know what kind of copepod is it though.:/
