    Yea. I had a condy years ago and he was also constantly moving all over my tank. They pose a threat to a lot of corals I think cause they move so much.

    Thanks everyone. Ya I wasn't sure about the black at first but I'm liking it alot now. And I love the lights!! Hopefully today I can add some pore pics when I get the rest of my rock!

    Here is the tank this morning after it has cleared up. Probably going to finish off the rest of the rock today. Sorry for bad pics. I'll try to find a better camera to use.

    Okay! Picked up 13.6 lbs of fiji rock from one of the lfs. Will probably pick up the rest tomorrow. Probably going to finish the rest of the lbs with tonga branch. Here are some picks of the first 13lbs of rock. I will also post more once it clears up a bit.

    Mostly the maintenance. It may have also just been the model I had but I found that if I wasn't on top of cleaning it and changing media it made my water dirty. I also ran into a few leaks with the plumbing.

    If you can afford a skimmer and find one known to perform well I would recommend using one. Since your not doing a sump I would say one key factor is to definitely take it slow and do not exceed bioload. You have to let your system cycle well.     Thanks Biff. Yea i've been doing alot of research today and it seems that as long as I dont exceed the bioload and stay on top of water changes I should be able to maintain a pretty healthy tank I think.
