I noticed this little guy hanging on to the wall on my sump tank, he looks like a grain of rice with roots on one end and a feather duster looking hat. I've also noticed a few on one piece of live rock i have in there. any insight to what it might be would be awesome

its really small, about the size of a dime, and growing in the middle of my tank on the side of a rock so its kinda hard to see in the first place, but i will try to get a pic of it.

I have a similar looking anemone that showed up on a piece of live rock that i got. Its the same shape but it has a purple body with green tentacles, its only about the size of a dime. Is it the same type?
