Tried researching this but couldn't find anything that can help me pin point this maybe one you fine peep's can. I just noticed a white transparent film yesterday and it's only in two small areas underneath some rock.

Noticed a several of these small things crawling on a rock, they're almost the size of your pinky finger nail, shrimp perhaps ?? talk to me folks ">
