Should I be concerned about this?

Hi everybody, I have a Tail Spot Blenny, he is eating well, swimming normal, picking food on the rocks and seems fine with the exception of his stomach area. It has some lumps or something on his stomach all the time. Here is a picture, hope somebody can tell me if its normal or not. Thanks

    Water condition

Hello, I did some cleaning on the glass and and sand. I accidently stirred up too much sand and the tank is clowdy. Is that going to affect the fish and the corals or should I not worry about it? Water change was also followed by cleaning. Thanks

Not big I would say 3 1/2inches all around. I feed her with a syringe. The shrimp is the funniest character in my tank. He is nosy as hell.
