10 gallon lighting

So, I've recently downgraded from my 20 gal and I'm stuck trying to find a new light for my 10 gal. I've been thinking of just putting the old light fixture on the 10 gal, but it's way too long for the tank. I've also been looking into LED's, especially the par30 and par38 bulbs. Having one should be enough for my zoanthids. I'm open to a lot of suggestions!

P.S. I've quarantined my old live rock and water in a rubbermaid. The previous tank caught a parasite. Should I leave it fallow of fish for 8 weeks or just place all the rock in 100% new water? I'm really lost on what to do with a tub full of live rock that could be going in my 10 gal.

if you dont mind a lil diy you could do 06 Premium LED Do-It-Yourself Retrofit Kit mounted on to one of these 1.1" x 12" Aluminum Heatsink i was looking into led's for a nano build doing and was thinking about this setup this one has some cree xr-e's and comes with optics for it

I would leave it fallow for at least 8 weeks. Also the parasite is more than likely on the rock so placing it in new saltwater wont do much.
