4 legged stars

I found 2 in my tank this morning.There extremely small,to small for pics.
I know there a type of asterina,I'm just wondering if anybody else has seen the little 4 legged ones?

No, weird! Even if they were big enough for pics, we probably wouldn't be able to see them anyways, with your photography skills ;)

Can it be an asterina with only 4 legs.Are you sure its not missing a few limbs which is characteristic of asterinas.I always though they all have six legs.

We are going to need a nice clear pic from one of your kids.

the legs probably got chewed off. I have seen them like that but from injury

Why do you think I said they was to small for pics?:mrgreen:

These actually look like they are only supposed to have 4 legs.It could be from an injury or maybe its where one split to reproduce.Thats a question I cant answer.
But either way,I think its weird that I got 2 like that.:confused:

They already gone.Actually dropped them in the 30 with my mantis.
When ever I see an asterina where I can get it,it comes out.
