This guy is near 1.5" tall and is sitting in the shade under a rock on my sand bed. Pest? Never saw one not on a rock.

This is what I was hoping it was but I'm not sure.
He's kinda cool but different than tube anenomes I've had before. His body seems solid and I don't think the head retracts into it.

LOL, upscale aiptasia. It does look like some sort of aiptasia to me. Not your usual run of the mill aiptasia though (although I wouldn't expect something so pedestrian in your tank, Dennis! :lol:)
