i have little air bubbles all over my LR wher can they be coming from ?

the bubbles have been getting worse first it was a little and over the the past 2 days its gotten alot worse

Yup, sounds like your in the beginning stages of an algae bloom. In about a week or so, your probably gonna have algae growing all over the places where you're seeing the bubbles.

wonderfull im getting a new uv right now i have a 18w turbo twist im gwting a 25w aqua ultraviolet will this help or what should i do iv been doing water changes and tomorrow im ordering the etss reef devil skimer amonia is at 0 nitrates 30 and nitrites o ph 8.4

Your nitrates at 30 are definitely a factor. You're gonna want to keep doing water changes to bring those down as low as you can.
